At TPS Digital Dental Lab, we provide high-quality dental lab services, including custom dental restorations and appliances. Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.

Fulfillment Policy

  • Order Processing: All orders are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the client (e.g., dental impressions, digital scans, or prescriptions). Production begins upon receipt of complete and accurate order details.
  • Delivery: Completed dental products are shipped to the client’s specified address or dental practice within the agreed timeline, typically 5 to 14 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier service.
  • Quality Assurance: Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet industry standards and client specifications before delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to the custom nature of dental restorations and appliances, we do not offer refunds for products that have been manufactured to the client’s specifications unless there is a verifiable defect or error on our part.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If a product is defective or does not meet the provided specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or remake at no additional cost. Shipping costs for returning defective items will be covered by TPS Digital Dental Lab.
  • Client Errors: Refunds or remakes are not available for errors in specifications or impressions provided by the client. We recommend verifying all details before submission.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of our work.
  • Partial Refunds: If an order is canceled before production begins, any payments made will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees (e.g., payment processing fees charged by Stripe).
